By following the steps below to remove dust, fingerprints and other debris from your PS5 and controllers, you can prevent damage without voiding your console’s warranty.
Cleaning from the PlayStation 5 console:
Only the microfiber cloth is used for the visible components of the PlayStation 5
- Turn off and unplug the console.
- Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the console’s surface.
- Use a low-speed vacuum to remove dust from the fans and cover (side panels).
